【Abstract】 The digital alarm sheets of the DCS system is an important reference for operators to respond to abnormal alarms in the power plant. Due to changes in the control logic of the DCS system, a large number of alarm sheet updates are required in power plants. In order to improve the accuracy and update efficiency of digital alarm sheets, an automatic OM690 system digital alarm sheet conversion tool has been developed based on the analysis of DCS system digital alarm sheet files and editable alarm sheet documents. This paper introduces the software structure of the alarm sheet conversion tool, analyzes the key steps of the conversion process from editable alarm sheet documents to digital alarm sheets. Formulates matching rules to realize self-check of alarm sheet data and cross-comparison with DCS alarm configuration data.更多还原
