新农科背景下地方院校涉农专业“双师型”教师团队建设与创新发展的思考
【摘要】 随着中国农业现代化进程的加快,新农科理念被提出并逐渐得到广泛关注。地方院校涉农专业“双师型”教学团队建设是贯彻新农科理念的重要举措之一。该文从新农科背景下对人才培养的新要求方面探索地方院校涉农专业“双师型”教学团队建设与创新发展的问题。首先,梳理和分析新农科背景下地方院校涉农专业“双师型”教学团队建设的重要作用、现状和困境。其次,探讨地方院校涉农专业“双师型”教学团队建设需要解决的问题,如教师队伍建设、实践教学、课程设置等。最后,提出地方院校涉农专业“双师型”教学团队建设的创新发展思路,包括增加投入、建立合作机制、探索创新教学模式、引导学生积极参与和搭建交流平台等方面。这些探索和创新将有助于地方院校涉农专业“双师型”教学团队建设更好地贯彻新农科理念,提高教育质量和水平,为与新农科建设、新业态、新产业发展相适应的高素质农林复合应用型人才培养提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 With the acceleration of the process of agricultural modernization in China, the concept of new agriculture has been put forward and gradually received widespread attention. The construction of "double-qualified" teaching team of agriculture-related majors in local colleges is one of the important measures to implement the concept of new agriculture. This paper explores the construction and innovative development of the "double-qualified" teaching team of agriculture-related majors in local colleges from the new requirements for personnel training under the background of new agriculture. First of all, it traces and analyzes the important role, current situation and predicament of the construction of "double-qualified" teaching team of agriculture-related majors in local colleges and universities under the background of new agriculture. Secondly, it discusses the problems to be solved in the construction of "double-qualified" teaching team of agriculture-related majors in local colleges, such as the construction of teachers,practical teaching, curriculum and so on. Finally, the paper puts forward the innovative development ideas for the construction of "double-qualified" teaching team of agriculture-related majors in local colleges and universities, including increasing investment,establishing cooperation mechanism, exploring innovative teaching model, guiding students to actively participate and building communication platform and so on. These explorations and innovations will help the construction of the "double-qualified" teaching team of agriculture-related majors in local colleges and universities to better implement the concept of new agriculture and improve the quality and level of education. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the cultivation of high-quality agroforestry applied talents suitable for the construction of new agriculture, new business type and the development of new industry.
