【摘要】 目的　分析吉林省肾综合症出血热流行趋势。方法　根据疫情资料和对全省部分疫源地的鼠密度、优势鼠种、鼠带毒率、带毒鼠流行型、恢复期患者血清标本、健康人群隐性感染情况等因素的监测数据综合分析。结果　吉林省肾综合症出血热疫源地和城市的家鼠型病例逐年增加 ,以家鼠型为主的混合型疫源地逐年扩大 ,健康人群抗体水平与全国数据相近 ,延边地区疫源地检测到普马拉型病毒基因。结论　目前我省肾综合症出血热的流行趋势是由山区向平原、由农村向城市、由东向西逐渐扩延 ;流行型别由单一的姬鼠型向以家鼠型为主的混合型演变 ,呈现由逐变到突变的过程 ,全省疫源地型别已趋向多元 ,出现新型病原体存在的迹象更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the epidemiologic characteristics of HFRS in JiLin Province.Methods A epidemiologic study was conducted based on the surveillance in lungs of mouse and antibody detection in HFRS patients and epidemic data since early 1955s in JiLin Province was used to Analysis the epidemiologic trends of HFRS in JiLin Province.Results The epidemiologic trends of HFRS in JiLin Province now is expanding from mountainous region to flat lands,from rural areas to cities,from eastern region to western region;The epidemiologic types of HFRS in JiLin Province now is evolving from simple type to mixed type.Conclusions The epidemiologic types of HFRS in JiLin Province now is becoming complicated and pointing out that existing a new epidemiologic type.更多还原
