丙二醛对水产饲料及水产动物健康影响的研究进展

【摘要】 丙二醛(MDA)作为脂类和糖类在非酶氧化反应中形成的主要活泼羰基化合物,具有极高的生物毒性。MDA在水产领域中的危害主要体现为破坏饲料营养素(如蛋白质、脂质、维生素)结构和损害动物机体健康(如降低生产性能、损伤肠道黏膜屏障、诱导肝脏毒性、降低机体抗氧化能力、诱发炎症反应)。本文重点阐述饲料中MDA的产生及其影响饲料中主要营养物质结构和水产动物健康的作用机制,旨在为预防饲料氧化,保障饲料安全提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Malondialdehyde(MDA)is a significant carbonyl compound that is formed during non-enzymatic oxidation reactions of lipids and sugars,showing high levels of biotoxicity. The main risks associated with MDA in aquaculture include the disruption of essential nutrient structures in feed,such as proteins,lipids,and vitamins,as well as negative effects on animal health. These effects can lead to reduced production performance,compromised intestinal mucosal barrier,liver toxicity,decreased antioxidant capacity,and increased inflammation. This review specifically examined the production of MDA in feed,the mechanisms that influence the structure and function of key nutrients in feed,and the overall health of aquatic animals.
