共直流母线能量回馈系统在起重机上的应用与分析
Application and analysis of common DC-bus energy feedback system in crane
【摘要】 针对起重机机构的电动机所传动的位能负载下放时,或电机处于再生发电状态,所产生的再生能量通过外接制动电阻消耗掉,造成能量浪费的问题,本文提出了一种将公共直流母线能量回馈式变频调速系统技术并将其应用于起重机,将各机构产生的再生能量通过有源逆变装置回馈到电网,解决了能量的浪费问题,且对电网无污染,提高了调速系统的控制性能。
【Abstract】 When the potential energy load driven by the motor of the crane mechanism is lowered,or the motor is in the state of regenerative power generation, the generated regenerative energy is consumed through an external braking resistor.Forthe problem ofenergywaste, a technique of applying public DC bus energy feedback variable frequency speed regulation system to the crane is proposed, and the regenerative energy generated by each mechanism is fed back to the power grid through the active inverter device, which solves the waste of energy, has no pollution to the power grid, and improves the control performance of the speed control system.
