基于S7-1200的防水卷材柔性码垛控制系统的设计

【摘要】 传统的防水卷材码垛设备具有占地面积大、工作效率低,不能实时根据卷材的材质和尺寸选择码垛的方式和数量,达不到现代柔性生产的要求。针对传统码垛方式中的不足,搭建了以安川的MS165工业机器人和西门子S7-1200PLC为基础,以Prifibus总线来传输各个码垛坐标的工业机器人码垛控制系统,实现了不同尺寸、不同材质的防水卷材的柔性码垛,并已成功应用于企业生产中,大大减少了设备的占用空间,提高了生产效率。

【Abstract】 Because of large area and low efficiency,the traditional palletizer using waterproof coiled material can′t real-time choose its mode and quantity according to the material and size of the coil,which is unable to meet the requirements of modern flexible production. Regarding the weakness of traditional palletizing mode,the control system of industrial robot palletizer with profibus transmitting the coordinate of each palletizer was set up based on Anchuan′s MS165 industrial robot and Simens S7-1200 PLC. Now the flexible palletizer using waterproof coiled material with different size and material is successfully applied to enterprise production. It turns out that this system can help decrease the equipment′s usage space and improve production efficiency greatly.
