【摘要】 习近平总书记高度重视“三农”工作，在党的二十大报告中提出不断提高战略思维，在“三农”系列重要论述中体现出强烈的战略思维。文章着眼于空间与时间、内部与外部、内容与形式等三组内在逻辑，从全局广度、历史跨度、未来角度、关键程度、属性维度、方法尺度等六个向度，分析了习近平总书记关于“三农”工作重要论述的战略思维：一是在建设国家现代化中把握农业农村现代化的重要地位，二是在千年文明传承中体会“三农”发展的辉煌过去，三是在中华民族伟大复兴中思考“三农”发展的重要定位，四是在全社会和谐稳定中理解“三农”发展的关键作用，五是在把握生物性和社会性兼备的特征中遵循内在发展规律，六是在继承创新和开放包容中行稳致远。这些战略思维对于推动经济社会发展具有重要的指导意义，也为全面发展农业农村经济带来重要的启示：真正把“三农”摆在重中之重的位置，强化五级书记抓乡村振兴的落实；充分考虑“三农”工作的复杂性，强化因地制宜分类推进的政策设计；遵循“三农”发展的客观规律，强化科学谋划、与时俱进的迭代升级；注重发挥科技和改革作用，不断增强“三农”持续发展的后劲。更多还原

【Abstract】 General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and continuously improves our strategic thinking at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. This article focuses on three sets of internal logic: space and time,internal and external,and content and form. From six dimensions: global breadth,historical span,future perspective,criticality,attribute dimension,and method scale,this article analyzes the strategic thinking of Xi Jinping in the important discourse of agriculture,rural areas and farmers. Firstly,we need to grasp the important position of agricultural and rural modernization in building national modernization. The second is to experience the glorious past of the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the inheritance of millennium civilization. The third is to reflect on the important positioning of the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The fourth is to understand the key role of the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the harmony and stability of the whole society. The fifth is to follow the internal development laws in grasping the characteristics of both biology and society. The sixth is to achieve stability and progress through inheritance,innovation,and open-mindedness and inclusiveness. These strategic thoughts have important guiding significance for promoting economic and social development,and also bring important inspirations for the comprehensive development of agriculture and rural economy: place agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the top priority position,strengthen the implementation of rural revitalization by the secretaries of five ranks of government; fully consider the complexity of the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and strengthen the policy design of promoting classification based on local conditions; follow the objective laws of the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and strengthen scientific planning and updating with the times through iteration and upgrading; pay attention to the role of technology and reform,and continuously enhance the sustainable development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.更多还原
