高铝粉煤灰提取氧化铝技术方法及工业化研究进展

【摘要】 我国高铝粉煤灰产量巨大,从高铝粉煤灰中提取氧化铝进行综合利用对缓解我国铝资源进口依存度和有效减少粉煤灰环境污染问题具有重要意义。本文从粉煤灰化学组成及物性形态出发,分析了粉煤灰提取氧化铝技术的难点所在,综述了粉煤灰提取氧化铝技术方法及工艺的研究进展,详述了三种具备工业化基础和前景可期的粉煤灰提取氧化铝技术,阐述了未来要实现粉煤灰提取氧化铝技术工业化应用需重点突破的研究方向。

【Abstract】 The output of high-aluminum fly ash in China is huge. The comprehensive utilization of extracting alumina from high-aluminum fly ash is of great significance to alleviate the dependence of China’s aluminum resource import and reduce the pollution of fly ash. Based on the chemical composition and physical properties of fly ash, this paper analyzes the difficulties in the extraction of alumina from fly ash, summarizes the research progress of the technologies and processes of alumina extraction from fly ash, details three technologies for the extraction of alumina from fly ash with industrial basis and prospects, and describes the research direction that needs to be broken in the future to realize the industrial application of technology for the extraction of alumina from fly ash.
