【摘要】 目的：探究不同体质的舌象特征，明确舌象在体质辨识中的诊断价值。方法：共纳入受试者1 363名并判定其体质类型，应用舌诊仪对其进行舌图片采集，并分析比较各体质人群的舌象特征参数差异。结果：以平和质舌象为标准舌象，阴虚质per-All最低（P<0.05），舌色红而苔薄；阳虚质TB-R、TB-I较高（P<0.01,P<0.05），舌色较淡；气虚质TC-H较低（P<0.05），舌色最偏于淡白，舌苔较白；痰湿质TB-B较高（P<0.05），整体表现为舌淡苔厚；湿热质与平和质相比指标差异无统计学意义；血瘀质TC-S较高（P<0.05），舌色为9种体质中最暗，舌苔色深；特禀质TB-R、TB-I较高（P<0.05），舌色淡红；气郁质TB-R、TB-G、TB-H较高（P<0.05），舌色较淡。结论：不同体质有其典型的舌象特征，舌象特征指标可以为体质的判定提供有效依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the characteristics of tongue images in different traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) constitution types and clarify the diagnostic value of tongue in constitution identification. Methods: A total of 1 363 participants were recruited and their TCM constitutions were diagnosed. Tongue images were collected using a tongue diagnostic instrument, and the differences in tongue image characteristic parameters among different TCM constitution types were analyzed and compared. Results: The standard tongue image was that of balance constitution(BC), and the index per-All of yin-deficiency constitution was the lowest(P<0.05), which showed a red tongue color and a thin coat. The indexes TB-R and TB-I of yang-deficiency constitution were higher than BC(P<0.01, P<0.05), and the tongue color was lighter. The index TC-H of qi-deficiency constitution(QDC) was the lowest in all groups, and the index TC-H was lower than BC(P<0.05).The tongue of QDC has a lighter color and has a white coating. The index TB-B of phlegm-dampness constitution was higher than BC(P<0.05), and the tongue color was light red and coated thickly. There was no statistical difference between the indexes of dampness-heat constitution and BC. The index TC-S of blood stasis constitution(BSC) was higher than BC(P<0.05).The tongue color of BSC is the darkest among all groups, and the tongue coating is yellow. The indexes TB-R and TB-I of inherited special constitution were higher(P<0.05) than those of BC, and the tongue color was light red. The indexes TB-R,TB-G and TB-H of qi stagnation constitution were higher than those of BC(P<0.05), and the tongue color was lighter. Conclusion:Different TCM constitutions types have their typical tongue characteristics, which can provide an effective basis for constitution diagnosis.更多还原
