【Abstract】 Combining practice in the work,we discuss the necessity for scientific journal editors to set up editorial E-manuals of their own,and elucidate the primary content,establishing methods,maintenance,application and main functions of the manuals.It is pointed out that setting up editorial E-manuals is a recognized means,not only to enhance editors’ work efficiency and quality,but also to improve their own capabilities.更多还原
