饼肥代替化肥对西瓜生长及生理特性的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究饼肥代替化肥对西瓜生长及生理特性的影响。方法:以西瓜为材料,利用盆栽试验,设置7种饼肥配方处理,研究其对西瓜幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果:与化肥处理相比,施用不同配方的单一饼肥均促进西瓜幼苗生长,T1(豆饼)处理西瓜叶片鲜重和根系鲜重比T5(化肥)处理分别增加2.30 g/plant和1.76 g/plant;饼肥处理还显著提高西瓜叶片叶绿素含量和光合速率,其中T1(豆饼)处理西瓜叶绿素含量和净光合速率分别达到55.47 spad和33.83μmol/(m2·s),比T5(化肥)处理提高8.00%和17.47%,且显著高于对照处理。结论:施用T1(豆饼)饼肥配方处理对西瓜生长具有较好促进效果,其次为T2(菜籽饼)处理。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of cake fertilizers substituting chemical fertilizer on growth and physiological characteristics of watermelon.Methods: The watermelon was used in pot experiment with seven cake fertilizer formulations, and the effects on the growth and physiological characteristics of watermelon seedlings were determined with different treatments.Results: Compared with the chemical fertilizers treatment, the application of a single cake fertilizers of different formulas all promoted the growth of watermelon seedlings. The leaf fresh weight and root fresh weight of T1(Soybean cake) treatment were increased by 2.30 g/plant and 1.76 g/plant compared with the T5(Chemical fertilizer) treatment. Cake fertilizer treatment also significantly increased the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of watermelon leaves. Among them, the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of watermelon treated with T1(bean cake) reached 55.47 spad and 33.83 μmol/(m2·s), increased by 8.00% and 17.47% compared with the T5(chemical fertilizer) treatment.Conclusion: Using the comprehensive analysis of the membership function, the T1(bean cake) cake fertilizer formulation treatment has a better effect on the growth of watermelon, followed by the T2(rapeseed cake) treatment.
