李泉旺教授基于“胰脾同源”理论治疗胰腺癌经验

【摘要】 胰腺癌是消化系统常见恶性肿瘤,其起病隐匿、易转移、预后差,常规的手术、放化疗皆不能取得良好效果。李泉旺教授基于多年临证经验,从“胰脾同源”角度认识胰腺癌,认为胰腺癌发病与脾之生理失常密切相关,发病之本为脾气亏虚、升降失调;病之标为痰浊、瘀血、癌毒;具体治则包括:其一健脾益气、固本夯基;其二理气疏肝、调和枢机;其三芳香化浊、解毒散结;病位在胰,涉及肝、脾。本文以“胰脾同源”理论为指导,总结了李泉旺教授治疗胰腺癌的临床经验,文末附医案1则以佐证。

【Abstract】 Pancreatic cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive system, its onset is occult, easy to metastasize, and poor prognosis, conventional surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy can not achieve good results. Based on the theory of“pancreas and spleen homology”, Professor Li Quanwang believed that the pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer was closely related to the dysfunction of the spleen, according to his years of clinical experience. The root of the disease was deficiency of spleen qi and imbalance of its rise and fall; the signs of the disease were phlegm turbidity, blood stasis, and cancerous poison. The specific treatment includes: firstly, strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi to consolidate the foundation;secondly, regulating qi and soothing the liver, harmonizing the cardinal organs; thirdly, using aromatic drugs to turn turbid,detoxify and dissipate stagnation. The disease is located in the pancreas, involving the liver and spleen. Based on the theory of“pancreas and spleen homology”, this article summarizes Professor Li Quanwang’s clinical experience in the treatment of pancreatic cancer, and medical case one is attached at the end of the article.
