气相色谱-质谱法测定电子电气产品中五氯硫酚

【摘要】 建立了气相色谱-质谱法测定电子电气产品中五氯硫酚残留量的检测方法.该方法以甲苯为提取溶剂对样品超声提取,乙酸酐衍生化处理,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对衍生物五氯硫酚乙酸酯进行测定.结果表明,本方法的检出限为1.2 mg/kg,定量限为4.0 mg/kg,方法回收率在86.0%~114.4%,相对标准偏差值(RSD)为1.8%~6.9%,五氯硫酚乙酸酯响应信号与质量浓度在0.1~3.0 mg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r为0.999。

【Abstract】 A method for the determination of residual pentachlorophenol in electronic and electrical products was established by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The sample was extracted with toluene by ultrasonication, then the extraction solution was derivatized by acetic anhydride, and the derivative pentachlorophenol acetate was analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that the detection limit of this method was 1.2 mg/kg, the quantitative limit was 4.0 mg/kg, and the recovery of the method was between 86.0% and 114.4%, the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.8%~6.9%, the response of pentachlorophenol acetate showed a linear relationship with mass concentration in the range of 0.1~3.0 mg/L, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999.
