工程车辆自动换挡规律与控制策略研究
Research on Automatic Shift Schedule and Control Strategy of Construction Vehicles
【摘要】 为了降低发动机的燃油消耗率,提高传动系统效率提高整车节能效果,建立了工程车辆传动系统动态模型,进行了动态换挡规律的仿真,得到了发动机与变矩器的匹配万有特性,分析了油泵压力的影响,发现最优的动态换挡策略能够提高车辆的加速度和动态性能,可以大大提高车辆的换挡质量。试验结果表明:换挡前后的变速箱的速度变化较为平缓,说明新的动态换挡策略能够减少变速箱的换挡时间,变速箱的动态响应得到了有效的提高。采用的智能控制方法能使传动系统高效自动换挡。研究结果对于提高工程车辆的动力学,经济性和智能性具有重要的理论和实际意义。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce the fuel consumption rate of the engine,improve the efficiency of the transmission system,the energy saving effect of the whole vehicle is better.The dynamic model of the engineering vehicle transmission system is established and the dynamic shifting strategy is simulated.The universal characteristics of the engine and the torque converter are obtained.The influence of the oil pump pressure is analysed.It is found that the optimal dynamic shifting strategy can improve the acceleration and dynamic performance of the vehicle and greatly improve the shift quality of the vehicle.The test results show that the speed change of the gearbox before and after shifting is relatively gentle,indicating that the new dynamic shifting strategy can reduce the shifting time of the gearbox,and the dynamic response of the gearbox is effectively improved.The intelligent control method adopted can effectively control the vehicle to complete automatic shifting.The research results have important theoretical and practical significance for improving the dynamics,economy and intelligence of engineering vehicles.
