油基岩屑热脱附残渣危险特性与利用潜力分析
Hazard characteristics and utilization potential analysis of thermal desorption residues from oil-based cuttings
【摘要】 采用锤磨热脱附处理技术可实现油基岩屑的高效脱油处理,但脱油残渣的危险特性及资源化潜力亟待摸清。以锤磨热脱附处理后残渣为研究对象,系统分析了残渣的浸出毒性、急性毒性、腐蚀性、反应性、易燃性、毒性物质含量,基于X射线荧光光谱仪分析及文献对比,评估了其资源化利用潜力。结果表明,(1)油基岩屑脱油残渣的浸出毒性、急性毒性、腐蚀性、反应性、易燃性和毒性物质含量,均低于危险废物鉴别系列标准(GB 5085.1~6—2007)的限值,表明其不具有危险特性;(2)油基岩屑脱油残渣各指标均满足《天然气开采含油污泥综合利用后残渣利用处置标准》(DB 51/T 2850—2021)的A类限值要求,其主要组分是SiO2和Al2O3(含量分别为71.84%和16.5%),为烧结砖、陶粒和水泥等产品的关键成分,且通过组分比例调配可实现与目标产品组分比例一致,潜在资源化利用前景大。研究可为油基岩屑锤磨热脱附处理后残渣的资源化利用提供依据,为页岩气绿色效益开发提供基础保障。
【Abstract】 The highly effective deoiling treatment of oil-based cuttings is usually achieved by hammer grinding thermal desorption technology.However, the hazardous property and resource utilization of deoiling residue needs to be clarified.Taking the residue after thermal desorption by hammer mill as the research object, the leaching toxicity, acute toxicity, erosiveness, reactivity, flammability and toxic substance content of the residue were systematically analyzed.Based on the analysis of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and literature comparison, the potential for resource utilization was evaluated.The results are obtained as follows:(1)the hazardous property of deoiling residue from oil-based cuttings is all lower than the limits of GB 5085.1-6—2007,including leaching toxicity, acute toxicity, erosiveness, reactivity, flammability, and toxic substance content, indicating that it does not have dangerous characteristics.(2)The indexes of deoiling residue from oil-based cuttings meet the requirements of DB51/T 2850—2021.SiO2 and Al2O3 are the main ingredients of deoiling residue(71.84% and 16.5% respectively),as well as the critical components of burnt brick, ceramsite and cements.The proportion of deoiling residue and other raw materials can be matched with the proportion of target product components.Therefore, deoiling residue has great potential for resource utilization.This study is helpful to provide basis and supporting for resource utilization of the residue after thermal desorption treatment of oil-based cuttings by hammer grinding, and simultaneously provide basic guarantee for shale gas green benefit development.
