【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法对仙蓟化斑胶囊中芦丁含量的测定方法。方法:采用YWG—C18反相柱(4.6mm×200mm,5um)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(40:58:3);进样量10ul;室温;流速1ml/min;检测波长为360nm。结果:芦丁对照品在0.105~0.525μg之间,进样量与峰面积间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为101.6%;RSD为1.52%。结论:该法快速、准确,操作简便,可用于本产品的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of rutin in Xianji Huaban capsules.Methods:The HPLC with the YWG-C18 column(4.6mm250mm,5μm) was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid(40:58:3) at a flow rate of 1.0ml·min-1,and the detective wavelength was at 360 nm.Results:There was a good linear correlation in the range of 0.105～0.525μg,r=0.9998.The recovery was 101.6%;RSD was 1.52%.Conclusion:The HPLC analysis method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of the Capsules.更多还原
