【摘要】 对新形势下行业主导型社会药房技能人才培养模式进行探讨。健康中国战略指引、健康吉林战略呼唤、社会药房行业需求、医药强省建设推进是构建行业主导型社会药房技能人才培养模式的主要逻辑。吉林省医药中等职业学校在理论上提出社会药房技能人才培养定位新理念，在思路上确立“一主导四联动”社会药房技能人才培养机制创新方向，在实践上探索构建了适应社会药房行业发展的专业体系和课程体系。实践了“行业规范+教学标准”岗课对接模式、“集团化+专业群”产教融合模式、“教学基地+全员培训”育训一体模式和“订单培养+学徒培养”就业直通模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study discusses the training mode of skilled talents in industry-led social pharmacy under the new situation. The strategic guidance of“Healthy China”, the strategic call of“Healthy Jilin”, the needs of the social pharmacy industry, and the promotion of the construction of a strong medical province are the main logics for constructing an industry-led social pharmacy skilled talents training model.Jilin Medical Secondary Vocational School put forward a new concept of social pharmacy skills training orientation in terms of theory,established the innovative direction of“one leading four linkages”social pharmacy skills training mechanism in terms of thinking, and explored and constructed a specialty system and curriculum system that adapt to the development of the social pharmacy industry in practice.The school has practiced the“industry norms + teaching standards”post-class docking mode, the“collectivization + specialty cluster”industry-education integrated mode, the“teaching base + full training”education-training integrated mode, and the“order training +apprentice training”direct employment mode.更多还原
