【摘要】 目的 观察针刺结合特殊训练治疗儿童孤独症谱系障碍（ASD）伴言语障碍肾精亏虚证的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年10月至2020年10月永康市妇幼保健院儿童康复科收治的ASD伴言语障碍肾精亏虚证患儿120例，采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照者，各60例。对照组给予特殊教育与训练治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予针刺治疗，2组均1个月为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程后统计疗效、智力发育和感觉统合能力评分情况。结果 治疗组总有效率为95.00%(57/60)，显著高于对照组的83.33%(50/60),2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，2组盖赛尔发育商评价量表（Gesell）（粗大运动、精细动作、言语、社交和适应能力）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P<0.05），具有可比性；治疗后，2组上述评分较同组治疗前显著升高（P<0.05），且治疗组升高更显著，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，2组儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表（SIS）（大肌肉及平衡感、触觉防御及情绪、本体感及身体协调、学习能力发展）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P<0.05），具有可比性；治疗后，2组上述评分较同组治疗前显著升高（P<0.05），且治疗组升高更显著，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针刺结合特殊训练治疗儿童ASD伴言语障碍肾精亏虚证临床疗效显著，可显著提高患儿智力水平，促进感觉统合能力的发展，值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with special training in the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder and speech disorder with kidney essence deficiency syndrome.Methods120 children of autism spectrum disorder and speech disorder with kidney essence deficiency syndrome admitted to Yongkang Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given special education and training treatment,and the treatment group was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of the treatment method of the control group. Both groups were treated for 1 month as a course of treatment.After 3 courses of treatment,the efficacy,intelligence development and sensory integration ability scores were counted.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%(57/60),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%,50/60). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of Gesell scores( gross motor,fine motor,speech,social interaction and adaptability)between the two groups(P<0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the above scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the same group before treatment(P<0.05),and the increase in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of SIS(large muscle and sense of balance,tactile defense and emotion,somatosensory and physical coordination,learning ability development)scores between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable. After treatment,the above scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the same group before treatment(P<0.05),and the increase in the treatment group was more significant.The increase was more significant in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionAcupuncture combined with special training in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder speech disorder in children with kidney essence deficiency syndrome has significant clinical efficacy,improve the intelligence level of children and development of sensory integration ability significantly,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
