【摘要】 目的：观察颈椎调整手法联合推拿治疗颈性眩晕（CV）的临床效果。方法：88例分为两组各44例。两组均用推拿手法治疗，研究组加用颈椎调整手法治疗。结果：研究组总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组治疗后眩晕症状、功能评分及总评分均高于对照组，情感、躯体及功能评分低于对照组，收缩期及舒张期的左侧椎动脉、右侧椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度均快于对照组，颈椎前屈、后伸、侧屈、旋转活动度均大于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组复发率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：颈椎调整手法联合推拿治疗CV疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of cervical vertebra adjustment manipulation combined with massage in the treatment of cervical vertigo(CV). Methods: Eighty-eight cases were divided into two groups, 44 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with massage, and the study group were treated with cervical vertebra adjustment manipulation in addition. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of vertigo symptoms, function and total score in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of emotion, body and function were lower than those in the control group. The blood flow velocity of left vertebral artery, right vertebral artery and basilar artery in systolic and diastolic period was faster than that in the control group, and the range of motion of cervical flexion, extension, lateral flexion and rotation was greater than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Cervical vertebra adjustment manipulation combined with massage is effective in the treatment of CV.更多还原
