【摘要】 目的分析品管圈活动在降低骨科术后患者便秘发生率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,确定活动主题,制定活动计划,根据骨科术后患者便秘发生的主要原因,制定以耳穴贴压、中药热敷等中医特色技术为主的对策。结果改善前组发生便秘230例,发生率为81.27%;改善后组发生便秘54例,发生率为20.07%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=206.77,P<0.01)。结论开展品管圈活动有助于系统性分析便秘发生的原因,从而制定有针对性的改进措施,降低便秘发生率,提高临床护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application value of quality-control circle in reducing postoperative patients with constipation in Department of Orthopedics. Methods A quality-control circle team was set up to determine the activity theme and make activities. According to the major causes of constipation in postoperative patientsin Department of Orthopedics, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) special nursing techniques, such as auricular acupressure, TCM hot compress and so on, were developed. Results The incidences of constipation were 81.27%(230/283) in pre-ameliorative group and 20.07%(54/269) in post-ameliorative group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=206.77, P<0.01). Conclusion The development of quality-control circle activity can help analyze the causes of constipation systematically, and can be used to formulate improvement measures. It can effectively decrease the incidence of constipation in postoperative patients in Department of Orthopedics and promote clinical nursing quality.更多还原
