不同强度的游泳对大鼠凝血和纤溶系统的影响

【摘要】 目的研究不同量强度的游泳对机体凝血系统和纤溶系统的影响。方法40只Waster大鼠进行不同强度量的游泳后,测定其血浆组织因子(TF)抗原、组织因子途径抑制物(TFPI)抗原、组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)活性、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物-1(PAI-1)活性、抗血管性假性血友病因子(vWF)浓度和凝血酶调节蛋白(TM)抗原。结果①中小量强度游泳后,血浆t-PA活性和t-PA/PAI-1比值明显升高(P<0.01),PAI-1活性却明显降低(P<0.05);大强度量游泳组t-PA活性和PAI-1活性没有明显改变(P>0.05);②与对照组相比,游泳使TFPI水平升高,其中小强度量和中强度组TFPI含量明显升高(P<0.01),且中运动量组大鼠血浆TF水平明显降低,TFPI/TF比值显著性升高(P<0.01);大强度组的TF和TFPI含量有所升高,但TFPI/TF比值变化不明显(P>0.05);③不同强度的游泳训练均可使大鼠血浆TM浓度升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),但对血浆vWF浓度没有明显影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中小量强度的游泳可以改善机体的凝血和纤溶功能,而大强度量运动不利于改善纤溶功能,且有可能降低机体的抗凝功能。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim of this study was to observe the changes of tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI-1), tissue factor (TF), tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI), thrombomodulin (TM) and von Willebrand Factor (vWF) of rats after different intensity training. [Method] 40 Waster male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, taking part in different intensity swimming training, the activity of plasma t-PA, PAI-1, vWF, the antigen contents of TF, TFPI and TM were measured. [Results] ①Low and moderate intensity swimming training might significantly increase t-PA activity and ratio of t-PA to PAI-1 (P <0.01), and reduce PAI-1 activity (P <0.05). High intensity swimming training increased PAI-1 activity and did not change t-PA activity. ②The swimming training might increase the antigen concentration of TFPI. moderate intensity swimming training might significantly reduce TF antigen and ,low and moderate intensity swimming training might significantly increase the ratio of TFPI to TF, but high intensity swimming training did not change the ratio of TFPI to TF. ③The different intensity swimming training might significantly increase the antigen concentration of TM (P <0.01 or P <0.05), but hadn′t any effects on plasm vWF concentration of rats. [Conclusion] Low and moderate intensity swimming training might improve the coagulation and fibrinolytic activity, but high intensity swimming training was not helpful to improve the fibrinolytic activity and reduce the function of anti-coagulation system.
