【摘要】 目的探讨上皮型钙粘蛋白(E-CD)与β-连环素(-βCA)在子宫内膜癌变过程中的意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测10例正常子宫内膜,11例子宫内膜增生过长,11例CIN,37例子宫内膜癌中E-CD与-βCA的表达。结果E-CD、-βCA在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增生过长、CIN及子宫内膜癌中的异常表达率分别为逐渐提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);E-CD随着内膜癌病理分级的增加,异常表达率逐渐提高,其在G1-G2G3(P<0.05),在Ⅰ期及Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期(P<0.05)。有肌层浸润和有淋巴结转移组显著高于无肌层浸润(P<0.01)和无淋巴转移组(P<0.01);浸润程度越深浸润程度越深,β-连环素异常表达越高(P<0.05)。E-CD与-βCA在子宫内膜癌中的表达呈正相关(R=0.758P<0.01)。结论E-CD,-βCA可能参予了子宫内膜的恶性转化过程,与肿瘤的发生浸润转移有关,两者的异常表达,可作为子宫内膜癌变的参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the significance of E-CD and β-cat in Endometriid Adenocarcinoma.Methods A total of 37 specimens of endometrial carcinoma,11 CIN;11 Endometrial hyperplasia,10 normal endometrial tissues evaluated by immunohistochemistry S-P technique with monocolonal agtibodies againstβ-cat and E-CD.Results The rates of aberrant express condition of E-CD and β-cat in normal tissues,Endometrial hyperplasia,CIN,and Endometriid Adenocarcinoma increase gradually.The difference between them has statisfics significane(P<0.05).Aberrant express rate of E-CD rises gradually as the increase of Endometriid Adenocarcinoma histological grade G1-G2G3(P<0.05),InⅠ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ(P<0.05).Expression rate of E-CD with lymph node metastic group and depth of invasion group is higher than those without metastasis and invasions(P<0.01).The deeper the tumor invasion is,the higherβ-catenin aberrant expression is.It has statistics significance in different surgical-pathologic staging(P<0.05).Depth of invasion group is higher than those without(P<0.05).The expression of E-CD andβ-cat in Endometriid Adenocarcinoma is positive linked(r=0.758,P<0.01).Conclusion E-CD,β-cat may take part in the process of malignancy conversion of endometrium,which is related to the genesis and invasion.The transfer of tumor,and the abnormality express of the transfer of tumor,and the aberrant expression of them can be used as the reference of Endometriid Adenocarcinoma.更多还原
