【摘要】 目的:探讨老年期痴呆病人的照料者的心理状况。方法:采用自行设计的调查表及SCL-90、HAMD、HAMA对75例老年期痴呆病人及65例老年非痴呆病人的主要照料者进行测查。结果:痴呆病人照料者的SCL-90总分、总均分、阳性项目数、阳性项目均分、躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对等因子分以及HAMD、HAMA评分显著高于非痴呆病人照料者(P<0.05￣P<0.001)。结论:老年期痴呆病人的照料者心理健康水平显著低于老年非痴呆病人照料者,焦虑和抑郁情绪障碍是主要的心理问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the psychological status and mood disorders of the people nursing senile dementia.Methods: Seventy-five people mainly nursing the senile dementia patients and sixty-five people mainly nursing old patients of non-dementia were asked and assessed with SCL-90,HAMD,HAMA.Results: The total scores,average scores,positive items,average scores of positive items,physical symptoms,obsession,interpersonal relation,depression,anxiety and hostility on SCL-90 of the people nursing senile dementia were significantly higher than those nursing old patients of non-dementia(P<0.05~P<0.001).The scale scores of HAMD,HAMA of people nursing senile dementia were significantly higher than those nursing non-dementia(P<0.01).Conclusion: The mental health status of people nursing senile dementia is significantly lower than that of those nursing non-dementia.Depression and anxiety are main mood disorders.更多还原
