【摘要】 目的:通过数据挖掘技术,分析针刺治疗非痴呆型血管性认知障碍的选穴规律。方法:收集中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(WF)、Web of Science和Pubmed中有关针刺治疗非痴呆型血管性认知障碍的临床文献,用Excel软件建立腧穴数据库,运用数据挖掘技术中的聚类分析和关联规则分析方法,分析针灸处方的特点和规律。结果:共纳入文献41篇,涉及腧穴57个,累计使用频次360次,使用频率最高的腧穴为百会;经脉以督脉为主;部位以头颈部频次最高;特定穴应用中以交会穴为主;聚类分析得出3个有效聚类群:内关-水沟-三阴交,太冲-丰隆,神门-风池;关联规则分析显示腧穴间相关性最高的是百会-风池-四神聪。结论:现代针刺治疗非痴呆型血管性认知障碍主要依据"经脉所过,主治所及""腧穴所在,主治所在"的取穴原则,以醒神开窍、填精益髓和疏通经络为主要治疗原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze and summarize the rules of acupoints selection in acupuncture therapy for vascular cognitive impairment of none dementia(VCIND) based on data mining. Methods: Clinical literature on acupuncture treating VCIND were retrieved from databases of CNKI, VIP, WF, Web of Science and Pubmed. The main acupoints were established with Excel software, and the characteristics and laws of acupuncture prescription were analyzed by the relevance rule and clustering analysis of data mining technology. Results: Totally 41 articles were included, involving 57 acupoints with a total frequency of 360 times. The results indicated that the most frequently used acupoint was Baihui(DU20);the meridian most focused was Du meridian; the most commonly used acupoints were located on head and neck; the crossing points were the most selected ones among the specific acupoints. In addition, three efficient clusters were acquired from clustering analysis, they were Neiguan(PC6)-Shuigou(DU26)-Sanyinjiao(SP6), Taichong(LR3)-Fenglong(ST40) and Shenmen(HT7)-Fengchi(GB20).Association rule analysis indicated that the highest correlation among acupoints was DU20-GB20-(EX-HN1). Conclusion: Modern acupuncture treatment for VCIND is mainly based on the principle of acupoints selection of ‘where the meridians pass, the indications involved’ and ‘where the acupoint is, where the treatment is’,and the main treatment principle was refreshing Shen and inducing resuscitation, tonifying essence and nourishing bone marrow, as well as dredging meridians and collaterals, which can provide a reference to the treatment of VCIND by acupuncture therapy.更多还原
