免整枝栽培方式对西瓜产量和品质的影响

【摘要】 以4份西瓜品种为材料,研究了免整枝栽培对西瓜产量和品质的影响。结果表明,在免整枝和3蔓整枝2种栽培方式下,‘特大新抗9号’‘郑抗巨丰’‘绿冠’的果实商品率、裂果率、667 m~2产量、可溶性固形物含量和果皮厚度均无显著差异,免整枝栽培方式下单瓜质量显著低于3蔓整枝栽培方式下的;其中,‘特大新抗9号’在2种栽培方式下的667 m~2产量差别最小,分别为5 193.08、5 129.23 kg,‘郑抗巨丰’的中心可溶性固形物含量差异最小,分别为10.70%、10.90%。‘大果黑美人’在免整枝栽培方式下的果实商品率为85.5%,显著低于3蔓整枝栽培方式,其他性状在2种整枝方式下无显著差异。综上所述,‘特大新抗9号’‘郑抗巨丰’和‘绿冠’适合免整枝栽培方式,可以在河南及相似栽培区域推广使用露地免整枝简约化栽培技术。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of no-prune on watermelon quality and yield, four watermelon varieties were used as materials. The results showed that the marketable rate, cracking rate, 667 m~2 yield, soluble solid content and pericarp thickness of‘Tedaxinkang No. 9’,‘Zhengkangjüfeng’and‘Lüguan’were found no significant difference under the two training methods with no-prune and 3 vines prune. But the single fruit weight with no-prune was significantly lower than that with 3 vines prune. The 667 m~2 yield of‘Tedaxinkang No. 9’was discovered the smallest difference under two training methods, which were 5 193.08 and 5 129.23 kg respectively. The soluble solid content of‘Zhengkangjüfeng’exhibited the smallest difference under two training methods, which were 10.70% and 10.90% respectively. The marketable rate of‘Daguoheimeiren’was 85.5% with no-prune which was significantly lower than that with 3 vines prune, and the other characters showed no significant difference. In conclusion,‘Tedaxinkang No. 9’,‘Zhengkangjüfeng’and‘Lüguan’were suitable for promoting no-prune technique in the future.
