重症监护病房革兰阴性杆菌产ESBLs、产AmpC酶的检测与耐药性
Analysis of the characteristic of gram-negative bacteria producing ESBLs and AmpC β-lactamase in ICU infection
【摘要】 目的了解重症监护病房(ICU)革兰阴性杆菌产ESBLs、AmpC酶的情况及其耐药性,指导临床用药。方法回顾性分析2001年1月至2004年12月ICU病房患者感染性标本中大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌产ES-BLs、AmpC酶的耐药情况。结果92株大肠埃希产ESBLs、产AmpC酶的检出率分别为64.1%和27.2%;86株肺炎克雷伯菌产ESBLs、产AmpC酶的检出率分别为52.3%和29.1%。这些细菌呈多重耐药且两种产酶菌株耐药性也略有不同。结论需加强ICU病原菌耐药性监测,指导临床合理用药。
【Abstract】 Objective To study on the characteristic of gram-negative bacteria producing ESBLs and AmpC β-lactamase in intensive care unit(ICU) infection in order to use drugs in experience.Method The characteristic of K.pneumoniae and E.coli producing ESBLs and AmpC β-lactamase in ICU infection were analysed retrospectively from January 2001 to October 2004.Results The rates of ESBLs and AmpC β-lactamase produced in 92 strains E.coli were(64.1% and) 27.2%,respectively.The rates of ESBLs and AmpC β-lactamase produced in 86 strains K.pneumoniae were 52.3% and 29.1%,respectively.They were multi resistent to drugs.Conclusion It is advisable to be establish a surveillance system on bacterial resistance in ICU for reasonably using drugs.
