【摘要】 目的探讨椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院2010年2月~2013年2月收治的90例骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者使用椎体后凸成形术治疗的临床资料。结果 90例患者治疗的总有效率为96.7%;治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟数字评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后没有出现脊髓神经根受压以及并发症。结论椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折临床效果显著,能够显著缓解患者的疼痛,值得广泛推广和使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic spinal fracture.Methods The clinical data of 90 cases with osteoporotic spinal fracture treated by kyphoplasty were retrospectively an-alyzed in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2013. Results The total effective rate of 90 patients was 96.7%;the pain visual analogue number score before and after treatment was compared and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);there were no compression of spinal cord and nerve root and complications after operation. Conclusion The clinical effect of kyphoplasty treating osteoporotic spinal fracture is significant and it can significantly relieve pain of patients.It is worthy of wide promotion and application.更多还原
