【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合治疗儿童过敏性紫癜肾炎的临床疗效。方法将102例过敏性紫癜肾炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组51例,其中观察组给予中西医结合治疗,对照组仅给予西医治疗,比较两组的近期和远期疗效。结果治疗后3个月,观察组和对照组总有效率分别为84.31%和70.59%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1年,观察组和对照组的显效患者中,复发率分别为10.00%和23.08%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西医联合中医辨证分型治疗儿童过敏性紫癜肾炎近期疗效显著,且可获得满意的远期疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of Henoch-Sehonlein purpura nephritis in children.Methods One hundred and two children with Henoch-Sehonle purpura nephritis were randomly divided into two groups.Observation group was given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,while control group was only given western medicine treatment.The short term efficacy and the long-term efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The total term efficiency of observation group and control group were 84.31% and 70.59% respectively,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).The long-term relapse rate of observation group and control group were 10.00% and 23.08% respectively,and there were statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of Henoch-Sehonle purpura nephritis has remarkable short term efficacy and excellent long-term efficacy.更多还原
