【摘要】 21世纪全球进入新经济时代。我国资源型经济主导省份必须落实科学发展观和可持续发展战略,积极抓住新经济发展机遇以实现转型跨越发展。本文在分析我国中部地区加快实现转型跨越发展的重要性及新经济发展机遇的基础上,重点研究了山西省发展新经济的基础和面临挑战,认为高技术产业的科技人才短缺、经营绩效低下等是制约山西发展新经济以实现转型跨越发展的主要因素,并提出加大资金、人才要素投入、培育地方特色性高新产业及大力发展现代服务业等对策措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 21 th century is the era of new economy.In the middle and west regions of China,many provinces,whose economic development based on the natural resources,must seize the strategic opportunity of the new economy.These provinces can efficiently implement national strategies of Scientific Development View and sustainable development.Due to the importance of transformation and leapfrog development,in order to capture the chance of developing the new economy,the paper analyzes basic factors and challenges of developing the new economy in Shanxi with the method of quantitative study.It points out that the lack of R&D researchers,low business benefit and so on,are the main problems.In view of existing situation,countermeasures are put forward,including fostering of talents and advanced technologies,the cultivation of the local high-tech firms and the development of modern service industries.更多还原
