【摘要】 煤炭企业综采设备检修定额能够为采矿设备检修实践提供计价依据,有利于设备检修费用的结算。为了顺利编制综采设备检修定额,使综采设备检修定额能够科学、合理地反映设备检修费用,采用文献查阅、理论分析、检验测算等方法分析了综采设备检修定额编制中存在的问题、原因及造成的不良后果;对应给出了解决问题的对策,校正了设备检修工序,建立了设备配件明细数据库,提出了高频公共更换配件的判据,明确了高频公共更换配件,确定了定额表现形式,为综采设备检修定额的成功编制创造了条件,有助于设备检修活动的广泛开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Maintenance quota of fully mechanized mining equipment in coal enterprises can provide a valuation foundation for maintenance of mining equipment, which makes contribution to the settlement of maintenance. In order to compile quota about maintenance of fully mechanized mining equipment smoothly and make maintenance quota of fully mechanized mining equipment reflect authentic maintenance scientifically and reasonably, by means of literature review, theoretical analysis, inspection and calculation, this paper analyzed the problems, causes and adverse consequences in the establishment of fully mechanized mining equipment maintenance quota and countermeasures to solve the above questions were carried out accordingly. The equipment maintenance procedure was revised. The parts subsidiary database of equipment was established. Criterion of high frequency public replacement parts was proposed and high frequency public replacement parts were determined. The form of maintenance quota was confirmed, which created adequate conditions for successful establishment of maintenance quota of mining equipment and was helpful for the extensive development of equipment maintenance activities.更多还原
