“湿型”红土镍矿床特征及开采特点

【摘要】 随着全球经济和社会的高速发展,镍的需求量一直保持高位增长趋势。鉴于硫化物型镍矿床以品位较高、杂质较少和选冶容易等特点,全球60%左右的镍产量来源于此类矿床。由于硫化物型镍矿床开采量的大量增加和储量快速减少以及后备开采基地的严重不足,人们将开发的重点瞄准了红土型镍矿床,但是针对红土型镍矿开采的突出问题重视不够。本文通过介绍"湿型"红土矿床特征及开采技术条件,结合选矿、冶炼工艺对原矿的具体要求,提出采矿在选别开采、配矿等方面需要注意的重点问题。介绍采区防尘、采场防排水、采空区复垦等主要采矿工作。

【Abstract】 With the rapid socio-economic development of the world,the demand for nickel has continuously registered an upward trend.As primary nickel deposits are characterized by high ore-grade with less gangue,coupled with easy mineability,beneficiation and smelting,nickel extraction from primary nickel deposits has formed approximately 60% of the world’s total nickel production.However,due to the upsurge in nickel production over the years and the threatening depletion of primary nickel resources/reserves,the focus of stakeholders the world-over has been shifted to exploration and mining of laterite nickel deposits.Unfortunately,problems associated with exploitation of this type of deposit have not been accorded enough attention.This paper through the discussion of genesis and morphology of humidified laterite nickel deposits,applicable mining techniques,processing and smelting requirements of the run-off-mine ore;elaborates selective mining for laterite nickel and ore blending.Dust suppression,dewatering of mining areas and rehabilitation of mined-out areas are also introduced.
