【摘要】 目的探讨流动人口肺结核患者健康需求的影响因素。方法采用自制肺结核患者健康需求调查问卷,比较60名流动人口初治涂阳肺结核患者与50名同期登记的户籍人口结核病患者的健康需求情况。结果流动人口初治涂阳肺结核患者的躯体症状和心理焦虑程度较户籍人口结核病患者严重,而防痨认知和社会支持则比较缺乏。流动人口初治涂阳肺结核患者的健康需求综合得分不受年龄、性别、职业影响(P>0.05),而文化程度差异性检验接近显著性检验水平(P=0.052)。结论流动人口肺结核患者在生理、心理、防痨认识、社会支持等方面的状况都较差,应对其进行有效干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the status and influencing factors of health needs of tuberculosis patients among floating population. Methods 60 primary smear positive tuberculosis patients of floating population and 50 tuberculosis patients of permanent residents were surveyed by questionnaire abut health need. Results The status of physical symptom, mental anxiety, tuberculosis prevention knowledge and social support were poorer in patients of floating population than those in patients of permanent residents. There was no significant association between the health needs of tuberculosis patients of floating population and age, gender and occupation(P>0.05), and the education level was an uncertain influencing factor(P=0.052). Conclusion It is necessary to conduct effective intervention to improve the status of physical symptom, mental anxiety, tuberculosis prevention knowledge and social support of tuberculosis patients of floating population.更多还原
