【摘要】 目的　寻找经济、有效、旅客乐于接受的开展性病 /艾滋病健康教育的方式。方法　用整群抽样的方式抽取 5对列车各 3个硬卧车厢的旅客 586名为研究对象。实验组分别接受宣传材料或听讲座。对照组不接受任何教育。实验前后对各组均分别进行问卷调查。结果　两个实验组接受教育后知识知晓率均明显高于对照组。宣传材料组的成本效果优于讲座组。结论　图文并茂的宣传材料是列车上开展性病 /艾滋病健康教育成本最低效果最好的手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To seek most cost-effective tool to carry out STD/AIDS health education among railroad passengers Methods 586 passengers in sleepers of 5 pairs of express and special express trains were studied by cluster sampling The passengers of each train were divided randomly into 2 experimental groups receiving health education materials and lecture respectively and one control group Questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the experiment Pre- and post-experimental knowledge rates about STD/AIDS were analyzed Results The knowledge rates of both experimental groups were significantly higher than that of the control groups Conclusion Health education materials rich in both text and pictures are the most cost-effective tools of STD/AIDS health education for railroad passengers更多还原
