锅炉燃烧诊断和运行指导系统在300MW电厂锅炉上的应用
Application of combustion diagnosis and operation instruction system in 300 MW utility boiler
【摘要】 电厂锅炉燃烧的基本要求是在炉膛内建立稳定、高效、清洁的燃烧火焰。文中介绍基于火焰图像处理的电厂锅炉燃烧诊断和运行指导系统的原理、组成、功能及在300 MW电厂锅炉上的运用。系统可全面实现锅炉燃烧的智能诊断和控制。根据实际运行效果提出系统改进和发展的方向。
【Abstract】 The basic requirement of utility boiler combustion is to set up the steady, high efficiency and clean combustion flame in thefurnace. This paper introduces the principle, configuration, function of combustion diagnosis and operation instruction system of utilityboilerbased upon the flame image processing as well as its application in the 300 MW utility boiler. This system can entirely realize theintelligent diagnosis and control of boiler combustion. This paper also puts forward the direction of system improvement and developmentbased upon the actual operation effect.
