【摘要】 目的 探究与分析碘甘油联合曲安奈德口腔软膏治疗口腔溃疡对创面愈合及细胞因子的影响。方法 选取自 2018 年 4 月～ 2021 年 4月收治的口腔溃疡患者 110 例，采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各 55 例，对照组给予曲安奈德口腔软膏治疗，观察组在其基础上加用碘甘油治疗，均每日 3 次，对比两组患者临床疗效、症状改善时间、细胞因子 IL-2、INF-γ 及 TNF-α 水平、免疫因子 CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+及 CD4~+/CD8~+水平变化，同时观察治疗期间不良反应。结果 观察组与对照组相比临床总有效率较高，疼痛缓解时间及创面愈合时间、进食改善时间均较短，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比细胞因子 IL-2 及 TNF-α 水平较低，INF-γ 水平较高，差异有统计学意义（P< 0.05）。两组治疗后免疫因子 CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+水平较低，CD4~+/CD8~+水平较高，但观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比上述指标差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。两组治疗期间均无严重不良反应。结论 碘甘油联合曲安奈德口腔软膏治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效显著，可有效的促进缓解疼痛及创面愈合，改善进食情况，调节细胞因子水平，且治疗期间无严重不良反应，安全性有保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze the effect of iodine glycerin combined with triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment on wound healing and cytokines in the treatment of oral ulcers. Methods A total of 110 oral ulcer patients admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, 55 cases in each group by random number table. The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment. The observation group was treated by iodine glycerin on its basis, both 3 times a day. The clinical efficacy, symptom improvement time, cytokine IL-2, INF-γ and TNF-α levels, immune factors CD3~+, CD4~+, and CD8~+ and CD4~+/CD8~+ level were compared between the two groups, while observing adverse reactions during treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had a higher total clinical effective rate, and the pain relief time, wound healing time, and eating improvement time were shorter, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group after treatment, the observation group had lower levels of cytokines IL-2 and TNF-α, and higher levels of INF-γ, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of immune factors CD3~+, CD4~+, and CD8~+ were lower in the two groups, and CD4~+/CD8~+ levels were higher, but the observation group had no statistical significance compared with the control group after treatment (P > 0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment period in the two groups. Conclusion Iodine glycerol combined with triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of oral ulcers, which can effectively promote pain relief and wound healing, improve eating conditions, and regulate cytokine levels. There are no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment period, and the safety is guaranteed.更多还原
