青年价值观教育视角下住培医师认知现状的调查研究

【摘要】 目的 调查并分析广州市某三甲中医医院住培医师价值观现状及影响因素,为今后住院医师规范化培训规划的制订提供依据。方法 设计中医住培医师价值观认知现状调查表并进行调查。结果 大部分住培医师认为开展价值观教育有必要,对案例分享、专题讲座、理论教授等价值观教育方式较为认可;影响价值观教育工作开展的因素为培训内容的实习性、领导的重视程度等。结论 医院针对目前住培医师价值观现状,应适度调整现有价值观教育内容,将中医优秀文化与思政教育相结合。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the status and influencing factors of resident physicians′ values in a certain Grade-A hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangzhou City to provide a basis for the formulation of standardized training plans for resident physicians in the future.Methods Design a questionnaire on the current status of values cognition among traditional Chinese medicine resident training physicians and conduct a survey.Results Most resident training physicians believe that it is necessary to carry out value education,and they are more recognized for value education methods such as case sharing,special lectures,and theoretical teaching;The factors that affect the implementation of values education are the internship nature of training content and the level of attention given by leaders.Conclusion In response to the current status of values among resident physicians,hospitals should moderately adjust the existing content of value education and combine excellent traditional Chinese medicine culture with ideological and political education.
