【Abstract】 U. S. policy on China during President Lyndon B. Johnson’s administration remained cold in surface, but in fact the consensus of sense that had once supported U. S. policy was eroding with internal and international changes. Johnson administration also began to think over the policy on China, especially"con-tainment but no isolation "policy showedthat U. S. on to change the policy on China. Although U. S. policy on China had no fundamental breakthrough during this period, it made full preparation for ideas and policy that Nixon administration realized conciliation between U. S. and China.更多还原
