设备法兰RJ密封面堆焊耐磨材料研究及应用
Research and Application of Hard-facing Wear-Resistant Material for RJ Sealing Surface of Equipment Flange
【摘要】 通过焊接工艺评定对典型的低合金高强钢表面进行耐磨材料(D547Mo)堆焊,并对不锈钢堆焊层与耐磨堆焊层结合面进行试验验证,从试件焊前预热温度,焊接过程层间温度、堆焊后热处理的严格控制,针对实际焊接过程中出现的裂纹进行分析,焊后无损检测,理化试验,确定堆焊工艺及预防措施,取得了较好的效果,最终该工艺在产品设备法兰RJ密封面堆焊中得到应用。设备法兰密封面堆焊后经过无损检测及硬度检测,堆焊层质量良好,各项指标均符合设计要求。为类似设备结构堆焊耐磨材料提供参考。
【Abstract】 By welding process evaluation, wear-resistant material(D547Mo) surfacing was carried out on the surface of typical low-alloy high-strength steel, and the joint surface of stainless-steel surfacing layer and wear-resistant surfacing layer was tested and verified. According to the strict control of pre-welding temperature, interlayer temperature during welding and post-surfacing heat treatment of specimens, cracks in the actual welding process were analyzed and non-destructive testing was conducted after welding. Physical and chemical test, determine the surfacing technology and preventive measures, obtained good results,and finally the technology was applied in the product equipment flange RJ sealing surface surfacing. After surfacing the sealing surface of the flange of the equipment, the nondestructive testing and hardness testing show that the surfacing layer is of good quality and all the indexes meet the design requirements. It provides reference for surfacing wear-resistant materials of similar equipment structure.
