【摘要】 目的观察奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素钙治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床疗效。方法就诊的86例短暂性脑缺血发作患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,给予基础治疗,对照组注射低分子肝素钙,治疗组同时静脉滴注奥扎格雷钠。两组治疗7d后比较疗效和血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)。结果治疗组和对照组比较,治疗组治愈率和总有效率均显著提高,PT和APTT较对照组均显著延长。结论奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素钙治疗短暂性脑缺血发作效果显著优于单用低分子肝素钙,并且不良反应没有明显增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe Effects of Ozagrel Sodium combined Low molecular weight heparin calium(LMWHC) to treat transient ischemic attack.Methods 86 patients with transient ischemic attack were randomly divided into observation group and control group.All cases received routine treatment.Cases in control group received LMWHC,and cases in observation group received LMWHC plus Ozagrel Sodium.Curative effects,PT and APTT were compared after treatment.Results Curative effects,PT and APTT were significantly different in both groups.Conclusion The effect of Ozagrel Sodium combined LMWHC is better than LMWHC,and the adverse reactions don’t increase.更多还原
