【摘要】 目的探讨细致化护理对急性有机磷农药中毒患者康复以及满意度的影响。方法选取2011年4月~2014年5月在延安大学附属医院进行治疗的急性有机磷农药中毒患者83例,依照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=42)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施细致化护理。对两组患者的康复情况和对护理的满意度进行分析。结果观察组患者生命体征平稳得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者中毒症状消失得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组重要器官功能损害得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),死亡率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理的总体满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细致化护理模式在急性有机磷农药中毒患者抢救过程中可以明显提高抢救成功率和临床疗效,同时能够提高患者对护理的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of detailed nursing on recovery and satisfaction of patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods 83 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning treated in Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University from April 2011 to May 2014 were randomly divided into the control group(n =41) and observation group(n = 42). The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given detailed nursing. And the rehabilitation and satisfaction with care were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The score of stable vital signs in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). The score of poisoning symptom disappearing between the two groups had no statistically significant(P > 0.05).The score of functional damage in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). The cure rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). The mortality in observation group was lower than control group(P < 0.05). The complication rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The overall satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Adopting detailed nursing in the rescue process of patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can significantly improve the success rate and clinical effects, at the same time can improve the patients’ satisfaction.更多还原
