志愿者在大型医院门诊服务中的作用及评价

【摘要】 随着大型医院门诊量的增长,患者构成和就诊需求都发生了变化,特别是非医疗性服务的需求明显上升。医院搭建志愿者服务平台,以门诊服务流程化管理为中心,以就诊环节衔接和候诊服务为重点,以患者流量为依据,设置志愿者服务岗位和服务时间,做好岗前培训,明确岗位职责和服务规范。通过志愿者服务,推进了门诊服务流程化管理,满足了门诊患者非医疗性服务的需求,增进了医患和谐关系。

【Abstract】 With the development of large-scale hospital outpatient volume growth,patient composition and medical needs changed,especially the Non-medical service demand rose.Service platform for hospital volunteers was built.According to the outpatient service process management as the centre,the visit links between waiting and service for the key,and the patients flow rate as the basis,the volunteer posts and business hours were set,pro-job training was made,post duty and service standard were made clear.Through volunteer service,the outpatient service process management was promoted,the outpatient non-medical service demands were met,and the physician-patient relationship was promoted.
