基于共词分析的国外医学信息学研究热点

【摘要】对PubMed数据库2010-2012年发表的医学信息学领域的文献进行分析,确定高频主题词,构造高频主题词共现矩阵并转化为相异矩阵,利用SPSS软件对相异矩阵进行多维尺度分析和聚类分析,指出国外医学信息学的研究热点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper analyzes medial informatics literatures in PubMed database from 2010 to 2012.The high-frequency subject headings are determined to form co-word matrix,then transform the co-word matrix into dissimilarity matrix.With the help of SPSS, hotspots of medical informatics abroad are obtained through cluster analysis and multi -dimensional analysis.更多还原
