【Abstract】 Social management innovation is based on effective traditional social management experience,with renovation to its drawbacks.It leads to innovated and activated social management system and mechanism.Emphasizing on dominating role played by government,it also encourages social organization’s participation.With citizens’ wisdom and powerful leadership of the Party committee,with effective guideline of government and unified efforts of social organizations and individuals,innovated social management and enhanced social management ability will play essencial role in decreasing conditions of crime while increasing cost of commiting a crime,and will surely become an improtant approach for preventing and controlling crimes.更多还原
