家兔胸、腹、盆腔内脏初级传入神经元的分布特点

【摘要】 应用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)法和荧光素逆行追踪法,对家兔心、肺、肝、胃、肾、子宫和膀胱的初级传入神经元分布规律进行了研究,结果表明,各内脏的初级传入神经元分布节段范围广泛,又有相对集中的节段;内脏与内脏之间的部分分布节段相互重叠,即使远距离相隔的内脏亦不例外,其中胸8~10节段是胸、腹、盆腔脏器共同重叠节段;各内脏的感觉均经交感和副交感两个途径传入,其中心、肺、肝、肾、子宫以交感途径占优势,胃和膀胱以副交感途径占优势。内脏器官初级传入神经元的这种分布特点,可能是各内脏生理功能及其彼此相联系的部分形态学基础

【Abstract】 The distributions of the primary afferent neurons of the rabbits heart, lung, liver, stomach, kidney, uterus and urinary bladder were studied by the HRP and fluorescent retrograde tracing methods The results show that the segmental distribution of the visceral primary afferent neurons via sympathetic pathways has both diffused and relatively concentrated characteristics The partial distributive segments among the different visceral organs are overlaped, even those remote visceral organs, T 8-10 spinal ganglia are the common overlaping segments among the visceral organs in the thoracic, abdominal and pelvic cavities The afferent fibres innervating viscera are via both sympathetic and parasympathetic pathways The afferent fibres innervating heart, lung, liver, kidney and uterus occupy a dominant position as the sympathetic pathways, while the afferents fibres innervating stomach and urinary bladder gain the upper hand as the parasympathetic pathways These results might be the partial morphological basis of the undefined visceral sense and functional connection among the visceral organs
