新郁葡萄光合特性对NaCl胁迫的响应
Response of Photosynthetic Charactertics of Grape Xinyu to NaCl Stress
【摘要】 以新郁葡萄(葡萄品种)扦插苗为材料,采用盆栽实验方法,研究了在不同浓度的NaCl处理下其光合色素含量和光合特征参数的变化趋势。结果表明,新郁葡萄叶片中的叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量均随着NaCl浓度的增加而逐渐减少,NaCl浓度为200,250mmol/L时,其叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量极显著低于对照。随着NaCl浓度增加,新郁葡萄净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度均逐渐下降,而水分利用效率和胞间CO2浓度均呈现出先保持平衡(NaCl为0~150mmol/L)后缓慢上升(NaCl为200~250mmol/L)的趋势。新郁葡萄表现出一定的耐盐特性,NaCl浓度为25mmol/L时,新郁葡萄没有受到盐害;NaCl浓度在50~150mmol/L时,NaCl对新郁葡萄光合作用的影响逐渐明显,而NaCl浓度等于大于150mmol/L时,其叶绿素含量和净光合速率均显著下降,但净光合速率仍为正值,说明新郁葡萄仍然能存活。
【Abstract】 In this article cutting seedlings of Xinyu(grape variety) was used to as test material by pot experiment to study change trend of photopigment contents and photosynthesis characteristic parameters of Xinyu under different concentration NaCl condition.Results showed that both of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content in Xinyu leaves were gradually decreased with increasing of NaCl concentration,the chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content were significantly lower than the control treatment when NaCl concentration was 200,250 mmol/L.With the increase of NaCl concentration,the net photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate,and stomatal conductivity of Xinyu decreased gradually,but the water use efficiency and intercellular CO2 concentration first were kept in balance(0-150 mmol/L) then slowly increased(200-250 mmol/L).Xinyu had a certain salt tolerance characters,Xinyu isn’t be injured when NaCl concentration was at 25 mmol/L;the effect of NaCl on photosynthesis of Xinyu was gradually remarkable with increasing of NaCl concentration from 50 mmol/L to 150 mmol/L;Xinyu was more injured when NaCl concentration was higher than 150 mmol/L,the chlorophyll content and net photosynthesis rate were decreased significantly.
