中小学生暴力角色对校园施暴行为认知情况分析

【摘要】 目的了解汕头市中小学生不同暴力角色对校园施暴行为的认知情况,为制定并实施针对性校园暴力干预措施和加强健康教育与健康促进提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,以汕头市5 435名中小学生为研究对象,调查不同暴力角色(施暴者、受害者、施暴—受害者、既不是施暴者又不是受害者)对校园施暴行为的认知情况。结果男生校园施暴行为的认知得分(19.13±4.447)低于女生(20.37±3.414);不同年级学生对校园施暴行为的认知差异无统计学意义(F=1.862,P>0.05),但以初中生对施暴行为的认知得分最低,且暴力行为检出率最高;不同暴力角色中,施暴—受害者对校园施暴行为的认知最差,其次为受害者(F=7.524,P<0.01);进一步对性别进行分层,女生不同暴力角色对校园施暴行为的认知差异无统计学意义(F=2.517,P>0.05);男生不同暴力角色对校园施暴行为认知得分由低到高排序依次为施暴—受害者、受害者、施暴者以及既不是施暴者又不是受害者(F=16.520,P<0.01)。结论男生及施暴—受害者对校园施暴行为的认知情况较差。应给予他们更多关注,采取合理有效措施进行干预。

【Abstract】 Objective To realize awareness of violent roles toward school violent behaviors in elementary and middle school in Shantou and to provide scientific reference for making and carrying out prevention strategies against campus violence,strengthening health education and promotion. Methods Cluster sampling method was conducted among 5 435 students to identify the awareness of violent behaviors among different roles of violence( perpetrators,victims,perpetrator-victims and neither perpetrators nor victims). Results Scores in awareness of violent behaviors in boys was lower than girls,prevalence of violent behaviors was higher than girls,too. No significant difference about awareness of violent behaviors was found among different grades,while junior grade students had the lowest score in awareness of violent behaviors,as well as involved in more violent behaviors. In different roles of violence,perpetrator-victims had the worst awareness of violent behaviors,and was followed by victims. Layered by gender,for girls,no significant difference about awareness of violent behaviors was found among different violent roles. For boys,the sequence of score of awareness in violent behaviors from high to low in violent roles were perpetrator-victims,victims,perpetrator and neither perpetrators nor victims. Conclusion Male and perpetrator-victims had poorer violent behaviors awareness. More attention should be paid to effective prevention and control should be implemented.
