【摘要】 [目的]了解四川省德阳市男男性行为人群(MSM)的艾滋病病毒(HIV/AIDS)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)和梅毒螺旋体(梅毒)感染状况及性行为特征。[方法]2010年4～8月,对德阳市251名MSM进行问卷调查及血液样品收集,分别用联免疫吸附试验、蛋白印迹实验、快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验检测HIV、HCV梅毒感染情况。[结果]被调查对象中,HIV,HCV和梅毒的阳性率分别为16.33%(41/251),0.8%(2/251),14.34%(36/251);HIV和梅毒均阳性人员占4.4%(11/251),占感染HIV人数的25%(11/41);HCV和梅毒均阳性的人员占0.4%(1/251);距调查结束前6个月,与男性、女性均发生过性行为的MSM较多,在与女性发生性行为时安全套使用率为76.08%(35/46),低于其同男性发生性行为时安全套使用率91.3%(42/46)(χ2=3.903,P﹤0.05)。[结论]该市MSM人群3种病原体感染不容忽视,其高危性行为普遍存在,需要进一步加强艾滋病/性病宣传教育,预防二代传染。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the prevalence of HIV,HCV and syphilis infections and sexual behavior features among men who have sex with men(MSM)in Deyang city,Sichuan province.[Methods]From April to August in 2010,251 MSM were interviewed with questionnaire,and their blood specimens were collected for detection of HIV,HCV and syphilis infection.[Results]Among 251 MSM,prevalence rates of HIV,HCV and syphilis were 16.33%(41/251),0.80%(2/251)and 14.34%(36/251),respectively.The co-infection rate of HIV and syphilis was 4.4%(11/251),and of HIV and HCV was 0.4%(1/251).In the last six months,multiple sexual behavior was common among MSM,and the rate of condom use in heterosexual behavior(76.08%)was significantly lower(χ2 = 3.903,P﹤0.05)than that in homosexual behavior(91.3%).[Conclusion]The infection rates for three pathogens in MSM are relatively high and high risk sexual behavior is very common.Enhanced preventive intervention should be taken in the future to decrease the second generation transmission.更多还原
