【摘要】 脑血管病是当前世界范围内导致死亡的第2位疾病,随着我国经济增长和人民生活水平的提高,越来越多的证据表明除高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、高脂血症和肥胖等传统心脑血管病危险因素外,社会应激、焦虑、抑郁等社会心理因素同样与脑血管病的发生密切相关。尽管其确切的发病机制尚不清楚,但仍应引起广大临床医师的重视,本文主要就目前社会心理因素与脑血管病相关性的循证医学证据进行概述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cerebrovascular diseases are the second leading cause of death worldwide. In recentyears, a growing body of evidence has shown that rather than the traditional cardio- cerebrovascular riskfactors such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, hyperlipemia and obesity, the socialpsychological factors including psychosocial stress, anxiety and depressive disorders play an important rolein the incidence of cerebrovascular diseases.
