【摘要】 目的:探讨小剂量尿激酶联合丁苯酞软胶囊用于超溶栓时间窗急性轻型脑梗死临床治疗中的效果。方法:2018年4月-2019年3月收治发病6-24 h的急性轻型脑梗死(NIHSS评分≤3分)患者55例,根据入院顺序分为对照组28例与观察组27例。所有患者均给予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上用小剂量尿激酶治疗5 d后给予抗血小板治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗。比较两组神经功能评分及预后效果。结果:观察组治疗90 d后神经功能评分改善率及预后效果明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用小剂量尿激酶联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗超溶栓时间窗急性轻型脑梗死,可明显改善患者神经功能及预后,临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of small dose urokinase combined with butylphthalide soft capsule in the treatment of acute mild cerebral infarction beyond the thrombolysis time window.Methods:From April 2018 to March 2019,55 patients with acute mild cerebral infarction(NIHSS score≤3) from 6 to 24 hours were selected.According to the order of admission,they were divided into the control group(28 cases) and the observation group(27 cases).All patients were given routine treatment.The control group was treated with low-dose urokinase for 5 days,followed by antiplatelet therapy on the basis of conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsule on the basis of the control group.We compared the neurological score and prognosis between groups.Results:After 90 days of treatment,the improvement rate of neurological score and prognosis of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of small dose urokinase combined with butylphthalide soft capsule in the treatment of acute mild cerebral infarction beyond the thrombolysis time window can significantly improve the neurological function and prognosis of patients,and has a significant clinical effect.更多还原
