外源ABA对渗透胁迫下玉米幼苗根系渗透调节的影响

【摘要】 用 ABA处理不同抗旱性的两个玉米品种幼苗根系 ,测定了根系的水势、渗透势、渗透调节能力及 4种渗透调节物质的变化 ,结果表明 :渗透胁迫条件下 ,ABA能提高根系的水势、降低渗透势、增加渗透调节能力 ,且对抗旱性强的鲁玉 14号的作用大于抗旱性弱的掖单 13号。正常供水条件下 ,ABA处理对根系水势的提高有一定的作用 ,但对渗透势及渗透调节能力的影响不大。正常供水和渗透胁迫条件下 ,ABA处理均能显著地提高脯氨酸含量 ,胁迫条件下的提高作用大于正常供水。渗透胁迫条件下 ,ABA对可溶性糖含量也有一定的影响 ,但对游离氨基酸总量及 K+影响不大。蛋白质合成抑制剂环己酰亚胺能明显地抑制 ABA对脯氨酸积累的效果。提示 ,ABA引起玉米幼苗根系中脯氨酸的积累与基因的表达有关

【Abstract】 The maize roots were treated with ABA under osmotic stress. The water potential, osmotic potential, osmotic adjustment of maize roots and 4 kinds of soluble materials were measured. It is indicated that, ABA decreased the osmotic potential, increased the osmotic adjustment and water potential in maize roots under osmotic stress, and the effect of ABA on Luyu No.14(a drought resistant variety) is greater than Yedan No. 13(a drought sensitive one). Under normal condition, ABA can increase the water potential of the maize roots in a way, but it has no effects on the osmotic potential. The exogenous ABA can observably increase the concentration of proline in roots not only under osmotic stress but also under normal water condition. ABA can also increase the concentration of soluble sugar under osmotic stress in a way, but have no observably effect on free amino acid and K +. The effect of ABA on accumulating proline can restrain by cycloheximide(CHI) which is a protein synthesis inhibitor. This result suggests that the effect of ABA on proline is related with the gene expression
